Group Class Classical Pilates

During our Classical Pilates classes we work according to the Classical Pilates method and the 6 principles of Pilates:

During these sessions you learn to move in a controlled manner, from the right places in your body, in order to make your body stronger, more mobile, more stable and more flexible.

A minimum of 1private pilates session is required before joining in any of our group classes.

Duo session Pilates

Ideal for those who prefer to workout as a couple or with a friend.

Online Private Pilates

An online session of 55 minutes completely tailored to your body. Perfect if you're short on time or prefer to train from the comfort of your own home. Perfect for people with specific health needs. A session in which we work together to achieve your goals.

What constitutes a healthy food pattern or a healthy diet? And how do I use it to my advantage? That is what you will learn during these coaching sessions. We set your goals and evaluate your daily habits to help you to not only achieve these goals, but also maintain them. I'm here to guide you on your way to a healthier lifestyle. Weekly follow-up sessions will be an opportunity to evaluate and adjust where necessary.
