Pilates has been around since World War II, but there are still many people who have yet to discover its benefits.

How does it work?

Pilates is a full body workout that consists of a series of exercises performed for a set number of repetitions, with or without equipment. A quick body check tells your instructor what your body needs.

Over the years, because of our work, our lifestyle, age, genetics or our hobbies, bad postural habits, incorrect movement patterns or imbalances can develop in our bodies. Pilates helps us counteract them through specific exercises. Each session is tailored to the needs of the client or group.
​
Classical Pilates is all about concentration, control, centering, precision, breathing and flow of movement. No music, just your teacher's instructions, controlled movement and a focused mind.

Poppilates is set to pop music and we throw some fitness exercises into the mix.
